Actually, this problem can be easily fixed. As Apple says, once you turn on the iCloud Photo Library on your iOS device, My Photo Stream folder will disappear and photos in it will be transferred to All Photo Folder on your Photo app. And if you want to show My Photo Stream tab again, just go to Setting > iCloud > Photos to disable iCloud Photo Library.

1. Check My Photo Stream switch on your device.

If you want to share and sync photos between two iOS devices, you need to enable My Photo Stream on both of these devices by going to Setting > iCloud > Photos. And if you have turned it on, you can also try to turn it off and then turn on “My Photo Stream” to refresh the iCloud streaming.

2. Check battery power on your device.

If your device is below 20% battery power, My Photo Stream will be automatically disabled to save battery life. So keep your device have enough battery power to access Photo Stream.

3. Check your iPhone Wi-Fi connection.

You should make sure your Wi-Fi is on and connected to the Internet. Only when you have connected a stable Wi-Fi will iCloud start to upload photos to the My Photo Stream album.

4. Check whether you log in iCloud with the same Apple ID.

If you still find out My Photo Stream is not working, you need to check if your iOS devices are log in with the same Apple ID.

5. Check whether you turn off the Camera on your iPhone.

The syncing job will start after the camera is off. To use Photo Stream, you should turn off the Camera on your device.
