Part 1. What types of cloud drives does AnyTrans for Cloud support?

AnyTrans for Cloud currently supports 9 cloud drives. You can check it below: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, pCloud, iCloud Drive, Google Photo, Yandex and Amazon S3.

Part 2. What is the price of AnyTrans for Cloud?

Currently, we have Premium Plan and Premium Traffic in order to satisfy different purchase needs.

AnyTrans for Cloud supports three Premium Plan versions based on the price difference.

1. For Annual Premium Plan, the price is $59.99.

2. For Half-Yearly Premium Plan, the price is $39.99.

3. For Quarterly Premium Plan, the price is $29.99.

Premium Traffic price is listed as below:

100 GB charges $19.99. 200GB charges $29.99. And 300GB charges $39.99. The purchased Premium Traffic is valid within three months.

Part 3. What are the differences between free version and paid version of AnyTrans for Cloud?

To get a better understanding of the differences between free version and paid version of AnyTrans for Cloud, please check the details below:

If you use the free version of AnyTrans for Cloud, some functions are not supported such as "Advanced Settings" for the shared links, and Premium Channel when you use Sync to Cloud function. Moreover, it does not support to speed up the transfer process.

If you only purchase the Premium Traffic, "Advanced Settings" for the shared links and Premium Channel are not supported, either. But you can speed up the transfer process whenever you want.

With Premium Plan, you can use all the functions without any limitations. 100 GB Premium Traffic is also available every month. And the Premium Traffic will be cleared at the end of the month.

Part 4. How to change language in AnyTrans for Cloud?

AnyTrans for Cloud supports 6 languages (English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish and Arabic) currently. Please refer to the following detailed instructions to choose your preferred language:

For Mac:

Open AnyTrans for Cloud > Click the Menu tab on the upper left of the screen > Click Choose Language > Choose your preferred language > Click Getting Started.

For Windows:

Open AnyTrans for Cloud > Click profile photo on the upper left of its interface > Click Choose Language > Choose your preferred language > Click Getting Started.

Part 5. How to update AnyTrans for Cloud to the latest version?

There are two ways to update AnyTrans for Cloud to the latest version. One is to check for updates from AnyTrans for Cloud directly.

For Mac:

Part 6. How to install AnyTrans for Cloud?

It’s very simple to install AnyTrans for Cloud on your computer. Please follow the steps below to install it.

For Mac:

1. Click the downloaded file named “anytrans-cloud-mac” and open it.

2. Move AnyTrans for Cloud icon to Applications directly.

3. You can find AnyTrans for Cloud in Applications when the copying process completes.

For Windows:

1. Double click the file named “anytrans-cloud-setup.exe” you download from our official website.

2. Please click Install button and then wait for the installing process.

3. After the installing process finishes, AnyTrans for Cloud will be initiated automatically.

Part 7. How to send AnyTrans for Cloud log file?

For Mac version:

Open AnyTrans for Cloud > Click AnyTrans for Cloud on the upper left of the Mac screen > Click Feedback > Write a brief description of the tech issue > Click Submit.

For Windows version:

Open AnyTrans for Cloud > Click the account photo on the upper left corner of the interface > Click Feedback > Write a brief description of the tech issue > Click Submit.

Part 8. How to delete AnyTrans for Cloud account?

To delete AnyTrans for Cloud account, please follow the detailed steps below:

1. Log in your AnyTrans for Cloud account with this link: https://cloud.imobie.com/auth#/signin

2. Click the Cloud account profile photo > Click Delete Account option > Click Confirm.

Part 9. How to change password of AnyTrans for Cloud account?

To change password of AnyTrans for Cloud account, please follow the detailed steps below:

1. Log in your AnyTrans for Cloud account with this link: https://cloud.imobie.com/auth#/signin

2. Click the Cloud account profile photo > Click Edit option on the right of Password > Input your new password > Click Confirm option.

Part 10. How to remove the cloud drive with AnyTrans for Cloud?

To remove the added cloud drive, please follow the detailed steps below:

1. Launch AnyTrans for Cloud > Sign in your AnyTrans for Cloud account.

2. Click More icon > Click Add option > Scroll down the interface to check the connected cloud drives > Click the delete button with the one you want to remove > Click “Yes” to delete it.
