  • How long is the valid service time of the license code?

    The valid license code service time for all of our products (except for 1 Year Subscription) is lifetime. Moreover, once you purchase our software, you will enjoy lifetime upgrade and support freely.

    What is our license code policy?

    We provide Single License and Family License code. Single License code is limited to install our software on one computer for use; while the Family License allows purchaser to install the software on five computers. To satisfy customer's needs, we also provide Business License code. You can choose the one to purchase based on your needs.

    How to retrieve my license code?

    If you lost your license code, to make good use of program, please tell Support Team ( the order ID or the email address you used to buy our software to retrieve your license code.

  • What to do when fail to register PhoneClean / AnyTrans / PhoneRescue / MacClean?

    Some customer may encounter Register Failed error message while registering software. Considering the rare situation, please give below suggestions a try:

    1. Please copy and paste this code directly instead of entering it manually.

    2. Please make sure the Internet connection is fine while registering.

    If problem persists, please kindly send a screenshot about this issue to Support Team for better analysis.

    Can I use my previous Windows license code to Mac version?

    Usually, our personal license only can be used on one computer. But if you change your computer or want to use it on another platform computer, you need to uninstall software from your previous computer. Then, you need to contact our iMobie Support Team to unbind your license code. After that, you can use it on your new computer.

    What to do if it appears error code 009 while launching registering process?

    Some customers feedback that software shows error code 009 while launching register process. This issue is caused due to unstable internet connection. Given this situation, please make sure the internet connection is fine and give it a new try.

    How to transfer single license code to another computer?

    To protect your license code safety, we use online certification when activating the license code. The single license code can only be used on one computer. If you format or change computer, you need to contact Support Team to unbind your license code. After that, you can use license code again.
