iMobie is devoting to provide the best software to help customer clean iOS devices, manage iOS contents, retrieve deleted iOS data back and optimize Mac storage, etc. If you plan to purchase iMobie software but still have something unclear, please check the answers here:

Part 1. Is It safe to purchase product via your website?

Yes, it is 100% safe to purchase software via our website. All our purchased platforms will ensure that your transaction will be secured. All your information remains private and secure. We guarantee the safety and protection of your personal information.

Part 2. What is our upgrade policy?

We provide lifetime & free upgrades for our purchased customers. If the upgrade requires new license code, please contact our Support Team and provide your order info for quick answer.

Part 3. What kind of payment do we accept?

Currently, we accept Visa/Visa Election/American Express/MasterCard/Maestro/Diners Club International/Discover/Giropay/PayPal/Direct Debit/JCB/DELTA, and Alipay. Please just choose the preferred payment option to finish your order.

Part 4. What to do if I purchased the wrong product?

In this case, please contact our Support Team to exchange the correct product to you by paying price difference. If the price difference is less than $ 10 dollar, to thank you for your generous support to iMobie, we would like to exchange correct product to you without paying extra fee. Or you can purchase the correct product from our Online Store directly and then request refund for the wrong order.

Part 5. Will I get physical copy after paying for software?

As software developer, currently, we only provide download link and lifetime upgrade & support for our purchased customers. If you need a physical copy, please choose to add Backup CD in the shopping cart with extra charge. Meanwhile, please notice that the Backup CD is charged and provides service by our payment partner separately.

Part 6. How to know whether my order is processed successfully?

Usually, you will receive the order information email within 30 minutes to an hour from purchased platform after the order submitted successfully. Sometimes the order confirmation email may go to your junk folder due to your settings. So we recommend you to check it in your junks folder.

If you do not receive the registration email after several hours, please contact our Support Team at Support Team and attach your order information. Our Support Team will reply you with 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on holidays.

Part 7. What is your after-sale service policy?

Customer will enjoy lifetime upgrade and support freely once he purchases our products. If upgrading the program needs you to input a new registration code, please contact our Support Team to solve this issue. And our support team will reply you as soon as possible after you contact us with the order details.

Part 8. Why was I charged twice for one order?

This situation shows when one of the following situations occurs.

1. There was a failed purchase before the validated order, and it was charged as well. In this case, you are suggested to contact our Support Team to refund the duplicated order.

2. It seems to be a double charge while this is the difference of displaying online statement. Pre-authorization and split settlements might appear as separate items when you are viewing an online statement, however you have not been charged twice. The pre-authorization will expire once the payment is confirmed, but it can seem different before that.

3. There is possibility that you click the payment button twice when confirming the payment or there is page refresh in the process of submitting the order details.

Part 9. Can i get discount if i am returned customer for iMobie?

Some customers may concern whether we prepare discount for returned customers. Definitely, yes, to thank customers’ generous support to iMobie, we will provide discount for customer who once purchased our software. If you are returned customer, please do not hesitate to contact iMobie Support Team to get your discount.

Part 10. Do I need to download another version after purchasing?

There is no need to download anything else. After purchasing a license, you will receive an activation number which you can use to remove the trial and fully activate & enjoy our software features.

Part 11. Can i try iMobie software for free?

Yes, we have a free trial available. Please download iMobie software for PC or Mac here and give it a try!

Part 12. What is a 1 Year Subscription?

The 1 Year Subscription(PhoneClean and MacClean) is only valid for the one year. After that period, the license will be deactivated unless you renew the license.
