How to Use AnyTrans

Android Call Log Management

Making or accepting a call is very simple in our daily life, which lets us keep in touch with our families, friends and colleagues. Call Log records all incoming and out coming calls, which is crucial info for us. If you switch Android device to iOS device, moving call logs from Android device to iOS device becomes thorny. Now, AnyTrans allows you to move call logs from Android device to iOS device in a simple way. Please refer to the detailed guide to make good use of AnyTrans.

Step 1: Preparations.

Do as following:
  • Launch AnyTrans on your computer
  • Connect your iOS device and Android device to computer with USB cables

To start with, please make sure you have launched USB debugging option on your Android device. By default, AnyTrans will detect your Android device & iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect your iOS and Android device to computer or your devices are not recognized by our software, you will see the interface below:

Once your Android device is detected, the main interface will display.

1. If AnyTrans fails to recognize your Android device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.

2. If AnyTrans fails to recognize your iOS device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.

Step 2: Selection.

Do as following:
  • Click the button to manage files by category
  • Click Call Log option

When the loading process finishes, it will display the total number of call logs on the upper right of the Call Log icon. If it shows empty in the Call Log icon, it indicates that there is no any call log in your Android device.

Step 3: Transfer.

Do as following:
  • Select the Call Log you want to transfer
  • Click button

If AnyTrans does not load your call log correctly, please refresh the page by clicking button.

Transferring Android Call History

Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transfer Completed Page. And then, you can check the transferred call log on your iOS device. To go back to the main interface, please click “Transfer More Files” option or button.
