There is a great deal of cloud music (purchased music) in iTunes store. You may invest in some preferred cloud music but worry about it will get lost. Now, AnyTrans can help back up cloud music to computer in a simple method. Please refer to the following guide to make good use of AnyTrans.
By default, AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don't connect your iOS device to computer or your iOS device isn't recognized, you will see the interface below:
Once your iOS device is recognized, the main interface will display.
If AnyTrans fails to recognize your iOS device，you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
Once you unfold the Audio option, you will see the Cloud Music option. After the loading process finishes, it will display the total number of cloud music on the upper right of the Cloud Music icon. If it shows empty in Cloud Music icon, it indicates that there is no any cloud music in your iOS device.
For better management of your cloud music, you can change the preview mode by clicking button. If AnyTrans loads your cloud music wrongly, please refresh the page by clicking button.
If you want to selectively choose your desired cloud music, you can constantly press the Shift key (for Mac) or Ctrl key (for Windows) on keyboard to make it.
Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transfer Completed Page. To locate cloud music exported on computer, please click “view files”. To go back to the main interface, please click “transfer more items” option or button.
