If you back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes, you'll have a copy of your information to use in case your device is ever replaced, lost, or damaged. With AnyTrans, you can manage iTunes backup and AnyTrans backup in an easy way, including viewing backups, deleting redundant backups, transferring backups to computer and creating new backups. Please refer to the following guide to make good use of AnyTrans.
AnyTrans can manage your iTunes backup even without connecting iOS device. But if you want to create a new backup with AnyTrans, please connect your iOS device. By default, AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don't connect your iOS device to computer or your iOS device is not recognized, you will see "Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod to start" on the interface.
Once your iOS device is recognized, the interface below will display.
If AnyTrans fails to recognize your iOS device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
By default, AnyTrans will load your backups automatically. If AnyTrans does not load your iTunes backup correctly, please refresh the page by clicking button. You can click button to set the output format of data, the export path and backup path. By clicking button, you can locate the saved path of the backup on computer. To delete the useless backup, please click button. If you want to create new backups with AnyTrans, please click button.
You can click button to change the format of your exported files on computer. And you can search data by typing key words in search box on the upper right of the window.
Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transferring Completed Page. To locate data exported on computer, please click "view files". To go back to the previous page, please click "transfer more items".
