How to Turn off iCloud Connection
Once putting AnyTrans into use, you may find there is no data for the corresponding item, like contacts, messages, etc. Possibly you have turned on the iCloud although there is no Wi-Fi connection. If iCloud has been opened on your device, AnyTrans cannot access some of the data on your device. To get out of this situation, you need to turn off the iCloud option on your device, or log out your iCloud account. Please refer to the detailed instruction from the link below: www.imobie.com/guide/anytrans/how-to-turn-off-icloud-connection-in-device.htm
How to Turn off iCloud Connection?
To close the iCloud connection, please follow those steps(iPhone as an example) :
Tap Setting > Choose iCloud > Find the specific one you want to transfer via AnyTrans > Tap it to close the corresponding item.
Occasionally, you can log out your iCloud account, which seems more convenient to load data for your transferring (Delete Account in iOS device means to log out). After that, you can re-log in your iCloud account via Settings on your device.
