To begin with, please ensure you have enabled USB debugging option on your MOTOROLA device. If your MOTOROLA device is not recognized, the interface below will display.
Once the MOTOROLA device is detected successfully, you will see the main interface of PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA below. And you can preview all kinds of data that PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA supports to extract.
If your MOTOROLA device is not detected by PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA, please try to solve the issue by the steps below:
① Please download the latest version of PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA.
② Please check if you have enabled USB debugging option in Settings.
③ Please check whether your USB cable is loose. If it is, please reconnect it. If USB cable is broken, please give new one a try.
④ Please make sure your device can be detected by your computer.
⑤ Make sure you have the latest version of USB Driver and ADB Driver on your computer and device. If not, please download and update from MOTOROLA official website.
⑥ If problem persists, please contact our Support Team for further diagnosis.
After clicking the Next button, the interface below will be listed. Then, please tap Quick Scan button.
PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA will start to scan all existed data on your device automatically. It will take some time to finish the scanning process, which is based on the amount of your data. To abort the scanning process, please click the button.
As soon as the scanning process completes, you can check all MOTOROLA device data. You can open each tab to preview the contained files in detail. Please check the files you want to transfer to computer based on your need. To set the output format of the data, please click the button on the left corner of the interface.
After you click the button, the data will be extracted to your computer automatically. The extracting process will last a few minutes based on the size of the data you choose to extract. When the process completes, you can click “View Files” to check the extracted data. To go back to the main interface, please click “Start Over” option.
