Firstly, please make sure you have launched USB debugging option on your MOTOROLA device. By default, PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA will detect your device automatically. If you don't connect your device to computer or your device is not recognized, you will see "Please connect your device to start recovery" message on the interface.
When you connect android device to Windows computer at the first time, your computer will install USB Driver for your device automatically.
Once your device is detected, the main interface will pop up.

PhoneRescue for MOTOROLA can access your data thoroughly after rooting device. The feature of Deep Scan will be available when completing rooting process. Meanwhile, please ensure that the internet connection is stable during the rooting process.
Once rooting device begins, the interface below will display. At the same time, the process may take a few minutes. Please be patient.
Then following messages will display once your device is rooted successfully. To go on the further operation, please click "OK" option.
The interface below will display if rooting process fails. To continue to root your MOTOROLA device, please use the software suggested (KingoRoot and iRoot) or please click the button to get more rooting software. You can choose Quick Scan option to export device data to computer. To return to the main interface, please click Back button.
