Recover from iOS Device mode enables you to recover lost important data from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch directly. Please check the file types this mode supports to retrieve below. Then, please refer to the detailed guide to make good use of PhoneRescue.

By default, PhoneRescue will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect your iOS device to computer or your iOS device isn’t recognized, the button will be disabled and you will see "Please connect your iOS device" interface.
Once your iOS device is recognized, the interface below will display.
If PhoneRescue fails to recognize your iOS device, you can try to fix this issue by following troubleshooting steps:
① Please download the latest version of PhoneRescue.
② Check whether your USB cable is loose. If it is, please reconnect it. If USB cable is broken, please give new one a try.
③ Reinstall iTunes.
④ Please log in your computer as Administrator account.
⑤ If problem persists, please contact our Support Team for further diagnosis.
The interface of analyzing iOS device will display after clicking button. The scanning process may last a few minutes based on the amount of data on your device. You can abort the process at any time by clicking button.
Once the scanning process completes, you can view the scanning result in PhoneRescue. Both lost and existing data on your device are displayed in categories. To filter out the existed data on your iOS device, you can choose the option "Only list deleted" instead of "List all items". And you can search data by typing key words in search box on the upper middle of the window.
If you find the data you need, please put the check mark in front of the box to select them. Then, please click the Recover button at the lower right corner of the window. After clicking button (Recover to Computer), your recovered data will be saved on your computer automatically. But for personal data (like contacts, messages, notes, etc..), you can choose buttton or button (Recover to Device) as you need.
Please turn off Find My iPhone/iPad/iPod touch and keep device connected when recovering data to device.
When the recovery process completes, you will see the Complete page. You can click "Click here" to check the location of exported files. To go back to previous page, you can click button. If you want to go back to homepage, Please click button.
