Solution 2. Update Your Device

Another possible reason ‘error getting account info’ shows up is because the iOS version of your device is too old to be compatible with iCloud. Check the software update and update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to the latest iOS version. Go to Setting > General > Software Update to check if there’s a available update for your device. Tap Install Now to install the latest version of iOS if it is available.
