Restart/Reboot Means to Turn It Off and Then On

Restart and reboot mean the same thing, namely to turn an electronic device off and then turn it on again, without changing settings, such as restart your iPhone, iPad or something like that. Force-restart Means Restarting Unorthodox Reboot

Reset Means to Erase and Restore

Compared with restart and force restart, the reset has completely different meanings. Resetting is the same as erasing. To reset an iPhone is to put it back in the same state it was in when it was first purchased, often called a restore or factory reset (also a hard reset or master reset). What needs to be noticed is that resetting iPhone will make your phone back to its default settings, changes you made on your phone will be erased.
