Considering all the features that an iPhone provides, it is actually a fully-fledged smartphone for business users. You can do your emails, create to-do lists, and plan your calendars on your iPhone. An iPhone calendar can be used to manage your entire schedule from arranging meetings to getting reminders for your events.

Most times you will only need access to this calendar digitally on your iPhone. However, if you are under a condition that needs to print your schedule out, it is good to learn how you can print calendars from your iPhone.

Part 1. How to Print iPhone Calendar on Mac

Most users who use an Apple device usually have another Apple device as well. It is because of the way Apple works, you are encouraged to get more and more Apple devices to connect them to each other and work on your tasks seamlessly. If you own an Apple Mac, it is pretty easy to print calendar events from your iPhone.

One of the great things about Apple is that you can sync their services all across your devices. That means something that is available on your iPhone can also be made available on your Mac, and vice versa.

Since Macs are real computers and can easily print any files, you can have your iPhone calendar synced with your Mac and then take a print out of your calendar from your Mac machine. It will smoothen the process for you and there really is not much you need to do to make it happen. Basically, all you need is access to the Internet on both your devices and you are good to go.

Step 1. The first thing you are going to need to do is enabling the calendar sync option on your iPhone. To do it, open the Settings app.

Step 2. In the Settings app, tap on your name banner at the top and then select iCloud on the following screen. It will open your iCloud settings menu.

Even though iCloud now has an app available for Windows users, it is still not as easy to use as it is on a Mac. The reason is very clear as Windows is not made by Apple and is made by Microsoft, which is a competitor of Apple.

If you only have access to a Windows computer and you want to learn how to print iPhone calendars, then you are going to need to use the web version of iCloud to do it. It is because, no matter what computer you use, the iCloud web version is going to look and work the same way.

You can use the web version to access the calendar that you have synced with your iPhone. Once you find your calendar, you can take a screenshot of it, and then print the screenshot to have a physical copy of your calendar.

The following shows how you can do it step by step.

Step 1. You are going to need to first sync your iPhone calendar with your iCloud account. To do it, head to Settings > [your-name] > iCloud and enable the Calendars option.

Part 3. Print iPhone Calendar with Third-Party Tools
