To protect your rights and interests, iMobie offers the following refund periods for different plans:
Refund requests will be approved under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Purchase
If you purchased the wrong product and no longer need it, iMobie will issue a refund. We will first assist you in buying the correct product from our website. Alternatively, if the price difference is within $10–20, we may exchange it for another iMobie product of your choice.
2. Duplicate or Similar Purchase
If you purchased the same product twice or bought two products with similar functions, iMobie will refund one of the purchases. Should you prefer, we can also exchange it for another iMobie product, provided the price difference is within $10–20.
3. Non-Receipt of Activation Code
If you didn’t receive your activation code within 24 hours of purchase, and were unable to retrieve it from the iMobie Support Team or did not receive a response within 24 hours of your inquiry, a refund will be issued provided the product is no longer needed.
4. Unintended Auto-Renewal
Refunds are available for auto-renewed orders if you were unaware of the renewal or did not receive a prior email notification, and no longer wish to use the product.
5. Unresolved Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the purchased product and no solution is provided within five days, a refund will be granted if you prefer not to wait for a future update or fix.
If your purchased product includes AI credits (specific to FocuSee), deductions will be calculated based on credit usage.
If you have used credits during the refund period, the following deduction rules will apply:
1. For complimentary credits included with your plan:
If credits are consumed, the refund amount will be deducted at a rate of $0.03 per credit.
*Example: If 100 credits are used, the deduction will be 100 × $0.03 = $3 USD.*
2. For purchased AI Credits:
If AI credits are consumed within 60 days of purchase, a proportional deduction will be calculated using the formula:
(Purchase Price / Total Credits)× Credits Used
*Example: For a purchase of $39.99 granting 3000 credits, if 1000 credits are used, the deduction will be $39.99 / 3000 × 1000 = $13.33 USD.*
Refunds for AI Credits are only applicable within 60 days of purchase. Beyond this period, refunds are not supported.
Note: Due to the server costs incurred by AI processing, any usage of AI credits during the refund period will be deducted from the refundable amount. This applies to both complimentary and purchased credits.
Refund requests will not be granted if:
1. The request exceeds the specified Money Back Guarantee period.
2. The customer has already agreed to exchange for another product or plan.
3. The failure to activate or use the product is due to improper operation.
4. The customer did not review the product description or trial version before purchase.
5. The activation email was not received due to issues such as internet delays, spam filters, or incorrect email address provided. In such cases, please contact our support team for assistance within 24 hours.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding activation code will be deactivated. You are required to uninstall the software and cease its use.
