Recently we received a mail from our user enquiring about PodTrans Pro won't import music to iPod properly. Although we are working hard to fix this, we still deem that it is necessary to compose this Help page for your reference. Frequently asked questions are listed as below:

I want to import a song and I can see it in PodTrans Pro list window. But it does not show in my iPod?

The most likely reason that caused this issue is the iTunes settings are improper. If previously the iTunes auto sync option has been selected, then every time you import music with PodTrans Pro, the transferred songs will be immediately erased by iTunes. Please follow below instructions to work it out.

How to Set iTunes Before Using PodTrans Pro

  • Open iTunes > Connect iPod > Choose your device in the left side of iTunes > Summary > Check Enable disk use option:
