What to Do If iMobie Software Fails to Detect Your Android Device?
We receive some feedbacks from our customers about iMobie software failing to detect their Android devices issue. This error can be caused by the following reasons:
1. You do not install drivers.
2. You do not install the latest version of iMobie software.
3. Your USB cable is loose or broken.
4. You do not turn on USB Debugging option.
To fix this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps:
1. Reconnect the Android device or give another USB cable a try.
2. Please check whether you are using the latest version of iMobie software. If not, please download it from our website directly:

3. Android devices require drivers, which should be automatically installed on your computer. If fails, please download and install drivers from links below:
4. Please check whether you turn on USB Debugging option or not. If not, please refer to this post to turn it on:

5. Please check whether you have installed iMobie Software APK on your Android device. If not, please connect your device with computer and launch iMobie software, the iMobie Software APK will be installed on your device automatically.
