Step 1. Install and run AnyTrans for iOS on your PC or Mac. Connect your Device via an USB cable, then scroll down or click the tab to get to the category management page.
Step 2. Click Photos > Photo Library.

Part 1. Delete iPhone Synced Photos by Syncing No Pictures
Step 1. Open iTunes and connect with your iDevice. Click the Device button.
Step 2. Under photos > choose Sync Photos > Choose “Copy photo from Photos” > Below check “Selected Albums” but DO NOT select any albums > Make sure there are n0 photos you choose > Apply.

Part 2. Remove All Synced Photos by Syncing with a New Folder
If you can’t access the original files, iTunes offers you this method to delete all synced pictures on your iOS device, no matter it is iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Step 1. Create a folder on your computer > Add only one photo to the new folder or just leave it empty.
Step 2. Open iTunes > Go to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch > Photos.
Step 3. Choose the folder created at 1st step to sync photos from > Apply.
Step 4. Uncheck “Sync Photos From” > Apply Again > Sync iPhone.
