iTunes is a desktop software which is developed by Apple and used to manage the contents on iOS devices. But it might not work sometimes. For example, it cannot recognize/connect/sync the iOS device etc. If this is the situation you encountered, AnyFix can help you fix these problems. Please follow the detailed guide to make good use of AnyFix.
After launching AnyFix, please select iTunes Repair option directly.
After clicking iTunes Repair option, AnyFix will list 4 categories of iTunes errors, iTunes Installation/Download/Update Errors, iTunes Connection/Backup/Restore Errors, iTunes Sync/CDB Errors and Other iTunes Errors. We take iTunes Installation/Download/Update Errors for an example. Please choose this option.
If you choose iTunes Sync/CDB Errors, please connect your iOS device to computer with USB cable.
Then, the analyzing process will begin. And you will see this interface below:
After finishing the analyzing process, please click button.
Then, you will see a prompt to instruct you to authorize AnyFix the administrator rights. Please click button to give AnyFix permission.
Then, the repairing process will begin, and the interface will be shown as below:
After finishing the repairing process, you will see the interface below. Then, you can click button to check if the problem is resolved. If not, you can choose Deep Repair mode to fix this problem. To go back to the main interface of AnyFix, please click button.
