An unexpected event, such as iOS upgrade, file corruption, or hardware damage, could erase some important data from your iOS device. Therefore, backing up device periodically has become a routine. With PhoneTrans, you are able to back up almost all device data with few clicks. Please refer to the following guide to make good use of PhoneTrans.
Once you open PhoneTrans, please click Phone Backup – Full Backup option. And then click button.
By default, PhoneTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect iOS device to computer or your iOS device is not recognized, the interface below will display.

If PhoneTrans fails to recognize your iOS device, please follow these troubleshooting steps to solve the issue.
Please confirm the device you want to backup and the backup destination. Then please click button.
To make sure your data security, you can enter a password to protect your backup. If you do not want to encrypt the backup, please ignore it. After clicking Back Up button, please check the types of data to be backed up. Then click button.
After you click button, the back up process will be started automatically. It may take some time to complete the back up process based on the amount of device data. Please keep patient.
After the backup process completes, the interface “Backup complete” below will display.
