If you encounter the similar situations above, don’t worry, “Quick Transfer” mode can help you with the issue. This mode can help transfer data from Android to iOS device, between Android devices, from iOS to Android device, and between iOS devices easily and efficiently. Please refer to the detailed user guide below to transfer data.

Before you start the transfer, get the tool downloaded onto your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing PhoneTrans on your computer.
Please open PhoneTrans on your computer and select Phone to Phone option. Then, please select Quick Transfer option and click Start Transfer button to get to the next step.
Please connect the two devices to your computer via USB cable. By default, PhoneTrans will detect both devices soon. If your devices are unable to be recognized by PhoneTrans, you will see interface like below:
When your device are detected by our software successfully, the below interface will show:
When both of the devices have been detected by PhoneTrans, the first connected device will be detected as Source device while the next will be the Target device. You can also click Switch button to switch the source device and target device easily. After you complete the selection, please click Transfer button.
If PhoneTrans is unable to recognize your Android device or iOS device with USB cable, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
Once you click the Transfer button, you will see the interface like below. Please select one or several data types you want and click Transfer Now button to start transferring.
Messages and Call History cannot be transferred directly, but you can full back up the device and then selectively restore them with Phone Restore feature.
The time to transfer data varies based on the size of your contents. Please keep patient. Meanwhile, given the importance of your data, please do not disconnect your devices before finishing transferring process.
Once the transfer process completes, you will see “Successfully transferred” interface. To exit the page, please click Back button.
