But if you switch iOS device to new iPhone or Android device, you may want to transfer data from iCloud to the new devices. After launching PhoneTrans, please choose Phone Restore option-iCloud Data feature. And then, please click button.
Once you have clicked button, it will proceed to the next step to request to log in to iCloud account and connect the device. By default, PhoneTrans will detect iOS device or Android device automatically once it has been connected. If you don’t connect your Android and iOS device to computer or your device is not detected, you will see the interface below:
Please enter the Apple ID and password, and click button to log in your iCloud account in the left page. Meanwhile, please make sure the Internet connection is fine. Besides, PhoneTrans always takes your privacy seriously and will never keep any record of your Apple account info or content at any time. Please just use it at ease. On the right page of the interface, once your device is detected by PhoneTrans successfully, you will see the interface as below.
1. If PhoneTrans is unable to recognize iOS device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
2. If PhoneTrans is unable to recognize Android device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.

Once you click button, the interface below will be displayed. All file categories will be listed. Please select the categories you want to transfer based on the needs.
Please click the button to start the transfer process.
After clicking button, the transfer process will be initiated automatically. The transfer time may vary based on the size of your data. Please wait for some time.
Once the transfer process completes, you will see “Successfully transferred” interface. To go back to the Phone to Phone page, please click button.
