Step 1. Download & Install PhoneTrans on Your Computer.

Before you start to restore iCloud data to your phone, get the tool downloaded onto your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing PhoneTrans on your computer.

Step 2. Select the Phone Restore Option.

Please launch PhoneTrans on your computer and select Phone Restore option.

Then, please click iCloud Data option and Start Transfer button to start the next step.

Step 3. Connect Your Device to Computer with a USB Cable.

This guide will take restoring iCloud account to iPhone as an example. Please connect your iOS device to the computer via a USB cable. By default, PhoneTrans will detect your iOS device soon. If you don’t connect your iPhone to the computer or your iPhone is not recognized, you will see the interface as below.

Once your device is detected by our software successfully, the interface below will display.

Step 4. Log in Your iCloud Account.

After you click the Start Transfer button, our software will proceed to the next step to request to log in your iCloud account. Please enter the Apple ID and password, and click Sign in button to log in your iCloud account in the left page.

After you log in iCloud account successfully, you will see the interface below. And please click Transfer button to proceed to the next step.

Step 5. Select the Data Type You Want to Transfer.

Once you click the Transfer button, the interface below will be displayed.

Then, please select the data type you want and click Transfer Now button to start transferring.

Step 6. Wait for the Transferring Process.

After you click the Transfer Now button, the transferring process will start automatically. It may take some time to complete the process based on the amount of iCloud data. Please just keep patient.

Step 7. Succeeded in Restoring iCloud Data.

Once the restoring process completes, you will see the ”Successfully transferred” interface. To go back to the previous interface, you can click the OK or Back button.
