Solution 3. Reset the Home Screen Layout on iPhone

Check your apps folders and see if it’s hidden there. Then go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset home screen layout.

Open the App Store app >tap the search icon and type Message in the search field. Locate the missing message app icon and tap the cloud icon next to it to download.
