Step 1. Download DroidKit on Your Computer.

Before you start the data transfer process, get the tool Download onto your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing DroidKit on your computer.

Step 2. Connect Your Device to the Computer with the USB Cable.

After downloading and installing DroidKit on your computer successfully, please launch DroidKit on your computer and choose “Data Manager” mode. After that, please click Start button and connect your device (Take SAMSUNG Galaxy S8+ for an example) with the USB cable.

Once your device is detected, you will see the interface below.

If DroidKit is unable to recognize your Android device, you can try to fix this issue by following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check whether you are using the latest version of DroidKit. If not, please download it from our website.

2. Check if you have enabled USB debugging option in Settings.

3. Reconnect the Android device or give another USB cable a try.

4. Please make sure your Android device can be detected by the computer.

5. Check whether you have the latest version of USB Driver and ADB Driver on your computer and device. If not, download and update from your Android device official website.

Step 3. Choose the Document You Want to Transfer.

After the loading process completes, it will display the total number of document under the Document icon. If it shows empty in Document icon, it indicates that there is no any document on your Android device. Then please click Document icon.

After choosing the documents you want to transfer, please click To PC icon to transfer the documents to your computer. If you want to search documents, please click Search button. To transfer document from computer to device, please click Add button. To delete unwanted document, please click Delete button. If DroidKit does not load your document correctly, please refresh the interface by clicking Refresh button.

Step 4. Succeed to Transfer Document.

Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transfer Completed interface. If you want to locate the exported documents, please click View files button. To transfer more items, please click Transfer more button. To go back to the Home Page, please click Home Page button.
