| Transfer WhatsApp Data |
Before you start transferring WhatsApp chats, get the tool downloaded on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing DroidKit.
Please launch DroidKit on your computer. Hover the mouse over Data Manager section and tab WhatsApp Manager function.
Choose WhatsApp Manager Function
In next screen interface, please tab WhatsApp to Device mode.
Click WhatsApp to Device Mode
The screen below will display and request you to connect your devices. Your iPhone and Android need to be connected to the computer via USB cables.
Device Not Recognized Screen
Once your phones are detected, you will see the source and target device connected screen. Click Tranfer Now button.

1. If your Android device is not recognized, you can also refer to this page to fix the issue.
2. If your iPhone is not detected, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
After clicking the Transfer Now button, you will see the interface as below. If the End-to-end encrypted backup option is enabled, please open WhatsApp on your Android device – navigate to Chats > End-to-end encrypted backup > Turn Off > I lost my encryption key. Then, please click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

Then, please continue to tap Turn Off > Done to disable the End-to-end encrypted backup option on your Android device. After configuring the settings, please click the Next button.

After that, the interface below will display. Tap Chats > End-to-end encrypted backup > Turn On on your Android device to enable this option manually.

Then, please tap Use 64-digit encryption key instead > Generate your 64-digit key > Continue to create and save a 64-bit encryption key for backing up WhatsApp data on your device. After configuring the settings, please click the Next button.

After you click the Next button, please tap I Saved My 64-digit Key > Create > Back up on your Android device. Then, click the Next button to start the process of backing up your WhatsApp data.

After that, DroidKit will start to transfer WhatsApp data to your device. The time to transfer WhatsApp varies based on the amount of messages. Please keep patient.

Then, please follow the instructions on the screen to log in to the currently backed up WhatsApp account.

If the transferring process completes, you will see the Transferred Successfully interface. To go back to the home interface, please click OK button.
