How to print text messages from your iPhone? Part 1. Print Messages from iPhone or Android  for Free by Screenshot

If you only have a few text messages to print, you can try to take screenshots of the message conversations and save the photo to your Photos app on iPhone or Android.

On an iPhone, you can try Apple’s AirPrint service, it’s easy to print full-quality photos and documents from your iPhone without having to install additional software (drivers).

Here is how to use AirPrint to print the screenshots of your iPhone text messages:

Step 1. Make sure that your printer supports AirPrint.

Step 2. Make sure that your iPhone and your printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 3. Open the Photos app on your iPhone, and select the message screenshots, tap on the share button which looks like a blue up arrow.

Step 4. Find the Print option and tap on it.

Step 5. Choose the number of copies or other options you want to print.

Step 6. Tap Print in the upper-right corner.

If you don’t have an AirPrint-Enabled printer,  you can also transfer those screenshots photos to computer and print them.

Or you can try Google Cloud Print, which will help you print photos on your phone without connecting to a computer.

Part 2.How to Print iPhone/Android Text messages with Email

You can copy the text messages one by one and past to your email content, or add the attachments of the screenshots of your text messages. Then send yourself an email, and go to your computer, and find the email you just sent and then print the messages you need.

Step 1: Open the Messages app on your iPhone. Find the message threads you want to print.

Step 2. Long press the message and you will see the Copy option. Copy the message you need.

Step 3. Open the Mail app on your iPhone and start a new mail, and copy your messages to it.

Step 4. Enter your Email address, and send the mail.

Step 5. When you receive the new mail contains the messages you want to print, open it and Tap the Share button which may look like an arrow.

Step 6. Choose the Print option. If you have some AirPrint-enabled printer you can print now. If not, you can also open the Mail on your computer, and print from your computer.

Step 1: Free Download AnyTrans for iOS. Run & install it. Then connect your iPhone to computer with its USB cable.

Note: If you find nothing after clicking Messages, this means you haven’t created the backup on your iPhone and AnyTrans can’t read your iPhone’s messages. You just need to create one. In the same window, you will find a note in the bottom, says: “You Haven’t backed up your device on this computer. Please click the button below to create a full backup. Back Up Now”. Step 6: Print your iPhone messages. For me, I exported those messages in HTML, select one and open it with browser. Then right click your mouse to click Print, proceed to print those messages with your printer.

2. Bonus Tip: Print WhatsApp Messages from iPhone:
