You can restore backup to iOS device directly when you lose or delete important data by accident, like messages, contacts, photos, etc. The following instructions will help you do it.

1. When using the Windows version of AnyTrans, you're supposed to download the iTunes on your computer to help detect iPhone/iPad/iPod touch. (iTunes 9.0 or above, including the latest iTunes.)

Step 1. Download AnyTrans on Your Computer.
Before you start to restore backup, please downloaded AnyTrans on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyTrans on your computer.
Step 2. Connect iOS Device to Your Computer.
Please launch AnyTrans at first. AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect iOS device to computer or your iOS device is not recognized, the interface below will display.

Once your device is detected by AnyTrans successfully, you will see the main interface as below.

If AnyTrans is unable to recognize iOS device, you may try these troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.
Step 3. Choose Restore Backup Mode.
Please choose Backup Manager option at first, then the interface below will appear.

And then, please select Restore Backup option.

AnyTrans will load all backups created via AnyTrans and iTunes automatically. Please select the target device and one backup you want to restore.

Apple will not let the third-party software detect the encrypted backup for protecting users’ privacy, so please kindly uncheck encrypted backup first.
Step 4. Start to Restore Backup.
After clicking Next button, restoring process will start by default. It’s normal that your device will restart during the process. Please keep your device connected and wait for a moment.

Step 5. Restoring Process Completes.
Once the restoring process completes, you will see Restore process completed interface. And all data will be restored to your device.
