Step 1. Download AnyTrans on Your Computer.

Before managing voice memos, please download and install AnyTrans on your computer. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading and installing AnyTrans on your computer.

Step 2. Connect Your iOS device to the Computer via the USB Cable.

By default, AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don’t connect your iOS device or your iOS device isn’t recognized, you will see “Please connect your iPhone/iPad/iPod” interface.

Once your iOS device is recognized, the interface below will display.

Step 3. Select Voice Memos Option.

Click More icon to unfold data category.

Scroll down the left page, and you will see “Voice Memos” option. AnyTrans will display the total number of voice memos on the right side of the Voice Memos icon. If it shows no number in the Voice Memos icon, it indicates that there is no voice memo in your iOS device.

Step 4. Start to Transfer Your Voice Memos.

Just take transferring voice memos from iPhone to computer as an example. After you choose the voice memos you want to transfer, please click To PC button. You can also:

Refresh: Update the display on voice memo screen.

To iTunes: Transfer voice memos from device to iTunes.

Step 5. Transfer Completed.

Once transfer process completes, you will see “Transfer Completed” Page. To locate voice memos exported on computer, please click View files button. To transfer more voice memos, please click Transfer More Items or Close button.
