For Windows 10 users, you can find it under path: C:\Users\Your username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ or C:\Users\Your username\Apple\MobileSync\Backup\
For Windows 7/8 users, you can find it under path: Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup/

On a Mac, whether in OS High Sierra or new released macOS Mojave, the default location should be: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
You can use Spotlight to the above location quickly: Go to Finder menu bar > Go > Go to Folder…, > Type into the location > Click Go.
Of course, there is another way to locate a specific backup:
Step 1. Open iTunes > Click Preferences.
Step 2. Under the Devices tab, you can view different backup files and backup times.
