People use Music to enjoy music stored on iOS device as well as music streamed over the internet. Music Management function aims to help you manage iOS device music in an easy way. With this function, you can transfer music from iOS device to computer & from computer to iOS device, between iOS devices directly and even delete unwanted music. Please refer to the detailed guide to make good use of AnyTrans.
By default, AnyTrans will detect your iOS device automatically. If you don't connect your iOS device or your iOS device isn't recognized, you will see "Please plug-in your iPhone, iPad or iPod, Start your journey" interface.
Once your iOS device is recognized, the interface below will display.
If AnyTrans fails to recognize your iOS device, you can try to fix this issue by following troubleshooting steps:
① Please download the latest version of AnyTrans.
② Check whether your USB cable is loose. If it is, please reconnect it. If USB cable is broken, please give new one a try.
③ Reinstall iTunes.
④ Please log in your computer as Administrator account.
⑤ If problem persists, please contact our Support Team for further diagnosis.
Once you unfold the Audio option, you will see the Music option. After the loading process completes, it will present you the number of songs on the upper right of the Music icon. If it shows empty in Music icon, it indicates that there is no any music in device.
If you want to selectively choose your desired music, you can constantly press the Shift key (for Mac) or Ctrl key (for Windows) on keyboard to make it.
For better management of your music, you can change the preview mode by clicking . Except for transferring music to computer, you can also transfer music between iOS devices by clicking button. To add music from computer to iOS device, you can click button. By clicking button, you can transfer music to iTunes. And if you want to delete unwanted music, please click button. If AnyTrans does not load your music correctly, please refresh the page by clicking button.
1. Your purchased music is encrypted media files because of Apple restriction. Thus, they are not playable when you transfer them to Device or to Computer.
2. iTunes can’t delete purchased music because iTunes doesn’t support encrypted files.
Once the transferring process is completed, you will see Transferring Complete Page. To locate music exported on computer, please click "view files". To go back to previous page, please click "transfer more items".
